Campbellsville University Celebrates Successful
Jenzabar EX Implementation
Jenzabar's i3
Solution Goes Live on Campus in Under a Year
CAMBRIDGE, MA-August 12, 2002-Campbellsville University
considers itself a special place with a warm, caring spirit and
a commitment to preparing each student for the future. Fortifying
their commitment to students has meant, among other things, a substantial
investment in improving the University's computing technology. Last
year in 2001, Campbellsville University purchased the Jenzabar EX
product, seeking a proven solution that would integrate their administrative
offices and improve their Web services to students. Less than a
year later, Jenzabar EX is implemented and live on Campbellsville's
campus. The speedy EX implementation was necessary due to another
vendor's software installation that had not gone as planned.
Maria R. Medley, Director of Information Services
for Campbellsville, states that the staff is "tickled pink."
In fact, the University's board was so happy at their meeting in
April that they gave a celebratory round of applause for the fast
and successful implementation. The University's president, Dr. Michael
V. Carter, celebrated the implementation with a luncheon hosted
at his home for the staff. The president's particular reason for
celebrating? Receiving the first accurate financial statements from
their administrative system in three years!
Jenzabar EX is a vital part of new Jenzabar's i3 (i-cubed)
product strategy, which includes the three "i's" of intelligent
applications and executive reporting tools, integrated suites of
administrative office applications and an academic portal, and Internet-connectivity
providing a single login for access to all Web Services.
