CAMBRIDGE, MAApril 23, 2001Jenzabar,

to add InfoSpace's Authorize.Net payment processing platform to
its service offering. The integration of Jenzabar's Web products
with InfoSpace's Authorize.Net service provides a gateway for Web-based,
real-time credit card transactions. "Through our alliance with InfoSpace,
Jenzabar's higher education clients can now offer, through Jenzabar,
the convenience of Web-based payment services to their students
and constituents," stated Ling Chai, Jenzabar COO and founder. "Administrators
and students alike can rest assured that transactions will be secure
through the Authorize.Net payment processing network."

our payment processing service reaching world class educational
institutions through this agreement with Jenzabar."
