Jenzabar Posts Record Second Quarter
Earnings Results
CAMBRIDGE, MA-August 4, 2003- Jenzabar, Inc., a leader in software
solutions for higher education, today announced record second quarter
earnings for 2003. The company posted a 26% sequential growth in
total revenues and a 44% increase in total revenues over the second
quarter of 2002.
"In what has been a trying time economically for many companies,
Jenzabar has produced back-to-back record setting quarters to start
off 2003, and the Company's leadership position in the industry
has been further validated," according to Bob Maginn, Jenzabar's
chairman and CEO. "As our industry-leading growth rate confirms,
no software company specializing in higher education software solutions
is winning more business or continuing to take market share like
Jenzabar," added Maginn. "The bottom line is that more
and more colleges and universities are choosing Jenzabar for our
outstanding software solutions. In a little over eight months since
we launched the Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS),
over 60 customers have adopted our new JICS. This is a loud and

Integrated and Internet meets the ever changing needs of colleges
and universities like none other."
In addition to a 44% increase in total revenues over the same quarter
last year, continued top-line growth and business efficiencies produced
a 133% increase in operating earnings (EBITDA).
