improving efficiencies in their current applications. The Universe
Room, a new feature this year, will create a forum where customers
can meet one another, share industry insight and meet the Jenzabar

regulations that require all colleges and universities to track
foreign students.
"Our college has always benefited from attending the customer
conference because we participate in numerous seminars and product
demos and can see first hand what products and services are set
to be rolled out in the coming year and make our buying decisions
based on the information," according to Paul Chase, associate
vice president of information services at Becker College, in Worcester,
Massachusetts. "This conference allows us to exchange ideas
and learn from the experiences of our peers. Jenzabar has created
an ideal atmosphere where thoughts and ideas can flow in both directions."
