THE UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA CHOOSES JENZABAR
AS ITS HIGHER EDUCATION SOFTWARE PROVIDER

CAMBRIDGE, MA—August 11, 2003—Jenzabar, Inc., a leader in software solutions for higher education, today announced that The University of Tampa has purchased Jenzabar's CX Software System.

The University of Tampa is the latest school in Florida to benefit from Jenzabar's industry-leading software solutions. Jenzabar's software is used across Florida by nearly 20 schools, including Bethune Cookman College, Central Florida Community College, Daytona Beach Community College, Florida Southern College and Flagler College.

The 4,500 student liberal arts-based University is undergoing a campus-wide reconstruction that has replaced or upgraded virtually every building on the 90-acre campus in downtown Tampa.

Using its Web portal and Internet infrastructure, Jenzabar's CX Software Solution supports the day-to-day e-business and administrative functions on a campus by providing constituents with a complete suite of software applications to choose from, including Admissions, Registration Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Institutional Advancement, Grading and Transcripts, Human Resources, Purchasing and Accounts Payable and Management Reporting.

For instance, using the Student Affairs application, school administrators can easily maintain and track a student's financial status, maintain accurate health records and guide students in career planning. Using the Admissions applications, administrators can process Web applications in a few simple computer mouse clicks, create personalized letters with an individual's personal interests, maintain updated recruitment records and perform statistical analysis on trends and target markets of prospective students.
